What if I can't find the product or part I need on your website?

We currently support products from our 2023 and 2024 seasons. Older products and unlisted parts are not supported by our replacement program.

My product is not working properly. How do I know which replacement part to order?

To identify the correct replacement part, you can consult the Notes and Assembly Instructions available on our product pages. If you're still unsure, our customer support team is available to assist you.

Are full products available for purchase, or do you only sell replacement parts?

We specialize in providing replacement parts for our Halloween and Holiday decor. We do not sell full products.

Ordering and Shipping

How do I cancel or modify an order after it's been placed?

Please contact our customer support immediately to request any changes. We cannot guarantee changes as your order may already be in the shipping process.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to all countries in North America. For order requests outside of North America, please contact our customer support team and we may be able to assist you further.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery times will vary depending on location. You can expect to receive tracking information once your order has shipped. If you have not received an update after 3 business days, please contact customer support.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

I received a new purchase with missing or damaged parts. What are my options?

In the event that parts are missing or damaged from your new product, please contact us within 90 days of the original purchase. Our support team will work to provide you with complimentary replacement parts if your request falls within our parts policy.

What should I do if my replacement part arrives damaged or defective?

If your replacement part arrives damaged or is defective, please contact our customer support team. Please include photos of the parts to help us quickly assess and resolve the issue.

Can I get a refund for my replacement part purchase?

All sales made through our website are final. You can review our return and refund policy here.
